Overview:	"The Terrorists" tells the action-packed story of the Oh brothers, who initially both seek to forever serve their country as loyal police officers. However, the younger one of the two brothers called Se-Won takes the law into his own hands after the legal system lets him down time and time again. Trying to revenge the death of his close friend, he makes an all-out effort to eliminate underworld kingpin of the underworld Im Tae-Woo. Finally, his mission is bound to lead him face to face against a top justice-representing cop that is no one else than his older brother Soo-Yeong...
