"Lorelei", a movie about a high tech sub the Germans gave to the Japanese with an advanced sonar system that is passive as well as offensive - it detects other ships as well makes the sub "invisible".
The mission: August 1945, to intercept the third atomic attack against Japan.
The crew: The Captain and men of the sub are ill disciplined subversives whose lives were spared for this final mission - a mission from which no one is expected to return.
When I read the movie's overview, I knew this was a must have DVD.
Having seen the movie, it surpassed my expectations! |
