To be truthful nothing really happens in this movie. Kyoko Fukada is a schoolgirl who likes gothic wear and Anna Tsuchiya is a biker chick. Both of them like the fantasy world that their clothing aspires to. If you're a fan of either one, that should be enough. The only plotline would be Anna wanting Kyoko to stitch her up some rad clothing. Anna does this as an excuse to spend time with her although they both don't want to admit that due to their opposite worlds. There is no violence, just visual gags, random jokes that work, lots of colorful motifs and a friendship that happens as a result of two loners finding out that they get along. This type of friendship wouldn't likely work if they only hung around their respective cliques due to the decreasing individuality once you hang around people who dress the same when the whole purpose is to be different. A good movie with minimal dialogue, colorful clothing, and enough weirdness to bring a smile to your face.
