Overview:	A boy roams the streets of Tokyo carrying a loaded gun. His intention: to teach a lesson to those he feels deserve one. The gun has been modified to intentionally miss its target, mortal fear and lifelong trauma being better punishments than death. To make sure he misses, the boy wears extremely strong glasses, distorting his vision of the world and his ability to aim. A girl on the brink of adulthood encounters him and is instantly fascinated. Inevitably they fall in love. Inevitably she finds out his secret.
