John Liu is back once again in this surprisingly good third installment of the "Secret Rivals" movies, this time teaming with Alexander Lo Rei. There are some truly funny comedic touches in this, but what knocks this movie down a bit from the other two is the absence of a truly menacing villain (Hwang Jang Lee stole the show in the first two). Robert Tai is more than capable as the main villain, he just doesn't show up to fight until the very end.
