Plot:	Ruthless warlord Chang Yi is killing all the Ming patriots in search of an important document using his poisonous palm to inflict maximum damage. Only the Kung Fu Phantom (Wong Tao) can hope to stop his reign of merciless terror.
Overview:	Kung fu superstars Chang Yi and Wong Tao face off once again in this ultra-rare, ultra-wicked kung fu flick from ace director Lee Tso Nam ("The Hot, The Cool And The Vicious"). Ruthless warlord Chang Yi is killing all the Ming patriots in search of an important document using his poisonous palm to inflict maximum damage. Only the Kung Fu Phantom (Wong Tao) can hope to stop his reign of merciless terror. Great cameos from Tommy Lee and Wong Tai Liang.
