Words cannot describe what this film means to me. BR has become part of my life, saying it is an obsession would be an inconceivably large understatement. With so little effort, one can connect to the students on a very personal and emotional level. Scenes are beautifully shot, students--many of which are actually the age of the characters they play--believably act their parts.
This film can make you scared, make you laugh, cry, cheer, bring out a different emotion each time it is viewed.
"Battle Royale" has been on my mind since I first saw it years ago. Simply an amazing film. |
