A nice collection of old school movies for an excellent price. All three movies have high replay value.

This three disc set is a mixed bag, but still worth a look!

"Green Dragon Inn" has surprisingly good fight scenes for a non-Shaw Brothers film of its time. Usually the swordplay is very general and secondary to the plot, but this one had some surprisingly subtle choreography as well as some quite pretty brutal violence!

"Buddha Assassinator" is a good meat-and-potatoes kung fu flick. The fight choreography is above average and the plot is watchable, even with the limp attempts at comedy.

The only reason I didn't give the set 5 stars is the "Bloody Mill Fight", which was high on plot, but low on fight scenes. The scenes are okay, but wading through the storyline to get to them is trying on the patience.

This box set contains three movies that were previously released separately. I'll review them one by one.

Blooded Treasury Fight: Nice action. The plotting and double dealings didn't really have any suspense to them.

Buddha Assassinator: An old favorite of mine. Hwang Jang Lee stars as an evil prince who is master of the Lo Han style. A young man infiltrates the prince's court to learn that style so he can go up against him with his own Buddhist fist style.

Green Dragon Inn: Another favorite of mine. A straight-arrow marshal has to travel to another city and bring in a man who's wanted for numerous crimes. This man is also the son of a powerful warlord who controls the area and won't give his kid up that easily. Check out the way the good guys convert the inn they're staying at into a death trap.
