Unfortunately, there's too much preaching in this movie for my liking. Initially, I thought it would be fun watching a biography on a Taoist mythical goddess. Instead, it has been hijacked by Buddhists and claimed as their own. You can read up on the so-called "facts" and you'll find that the timelines don't match. I had to turn it off after 20 minutes. I can only stand so much brainwashing. Religion is a dangerous weapon on some feeble minds.

My favorite movie of all time. It's about the start of Buddhism in China. The noble princess got her family to convert after a lot of heartache. You really need to watch it. I am actually going to pop the movie in now. Hope you all enjoy it as much as I did. It's not a martial arts film, it's a drama.
