Plot:	Quasimodo (Lon Chaney Sr.) is a disfigured outcast from society, the noble hunchback who gives his life for his love of a young gypsy, Esmerelda (Patsy Ruth Miller), who is falsely accused of attempted murder by the spurned Jehan (Brandon Hurst).
Overview:	This silent version of the Victor Hugo gothic classic features a great performance by Lon Chaney Sr. as disfigured outcast from society Quasimodo, the noble hunchback who gives his life for his love of a young gypsy, Esmerelda (Patsy Ruth Miller), who is falsely accused of attempted murder by the spurned Jehan (Brandon Hurst). The film also features Norman Kerry as Phoebus and Ernest Torrence as Clopin.
