I took a gamble buying this movie only because I really like Ivy Ling Po as an actress, and I must say I thought this supernatural swordplay film was very good. Ling Po doesn't disappoint in this film. Her acting is top notch as usual, and Chin Han gives a great performance as well. I would have liked to see a bit more swordplay in the film, but trust me, the swordplay that is in the film is very entertaining. If, like me, you like your swordplay flicks, I would recommend checking this out.

An excellent kung-fu/horror/mystery hybrid. Moves at a little slower pace than your standard kung-fu movie, but the pay-off is just as satisfying. Hunchbacks, golden finger claws, and lots and lots of sword play. If you're looking for a different kind of kung fu movie, this will certainly entertain.

Ivy Ling-Po is one of my all time favorite actresses, even though most of the time she plays male romantic leads.

Her skill is on full display here along with a solid cast and good directing. Tired of "Gorno" films - check this out!
