Plot:	A mob boss orders two killers to cut the legs off a man who's cheating with his mistress. However, they miss their target repeatedly. But the guy is killed by a taxi, and the driver takes all his money, and then everyone tries to go after the money.
Overview:	The big boss of a mob finds out that his mistress has an affair with a guy. In revenge, he orders two killers to cut the legs off the guy. However, the two careless killers miss their target time after time. But when the guy is fatally hit by a taxi and that the taxi driver takes off with all his money, all hell breaks loose as everyone tries to go after the money. RUNNING 7 DOGS is a dark and comedic swipe at the absurdity of gangster life.
