A very generic storyline sees a jaded kung fu master trying to gain control of a martial arts school, first by sending in his top student to mix things up and then making an appearance himself. The heroes of the story bumble their way through numerous light hearted comedy routines before getting fully trained up to protect the school and save the day.

The film brings very few new ideas to the genre but does provide some interesting fight routines; even if the plotline is less than enthralling. ? and ? are perfectly competent to pull off the fairly intricate choreography but there's nothing here to really give it that 'wow' factor. The film also lacks a formidable enough villain and by the end its hard to feel that this film is doing anything other than following a tried and tested formula.
