 | | ABOUT THE PRINT: A tad scratched, a bit jumpy, and clearly not color-balanced, we
proudly present this film as it was originally seen by appreciative audiences back in
the good old days of big cinemas, wide screens, original studio subtitles, and
“borrowed” (i.e. ripped off) soundtrack music. Evocative of raucous families, bags
filled with dim sum take-out, enthusiastic fans munching esoteric Asian snacks,
and even the occasional wandering cat or two (to give the theater good luck), enjoy
the film as it deserves to be seen. |
