I viewed this film in my favorite grindhouse theatre as a kid under the title "Karate Killer". This film could have been a lot better, but it did introduce us to Jason Pai Pao. There are some disturbing scenes, such as the death of an infant and child torture, which were not necessary to the plot.
The plot is a basic one in which the Manchu Prince with his killer pigtail arrives in British-controlled Hong Kong in order to kill some escaped rebels. Unfortunately he runs into Jason Pai Pao. The fighting is okay and the villainous Prince steals the show. This is only for hardcore old school viewers, and childhood memories. |
