Picture: Letterboxed at around 2.40:1 with anamorphic availability. Picture quality is obviously very high, remaining clean and clear throughout with very good levels of detail. Colours do appear somewhat dull but perhaps this is just the chosen palette for the movie.

Main Menu Trailers Menu

Sound: DTS/DD 5.1 Cantonese or DD 5.1 Mandarin soundtracks with removable Chinese and English subtitles.

Trailers: Not even a trailer for the film itself, just previews of 'The Forgotten', 'Anacondas: Hunt For The Black Orchids', 'Suspect Zero', 'Hellboy', 'Little Black Book', 'So Close' and 'Sniper 3'.

Extras: Clearly Columbia are planning to milk this one with numerous special editions as this version contains no extras. Even the menus are dull and disappointing!

We believe this DVD to be identical to the Standard Cover DVD with the exception of the frosted slipcase packaging featuring Stephen Chow's signature on it. Very limited numbers of these DVDs were made available by the manufacturer.
