This one was much better than I expected. The film starts with Ti Lung at rock bottom: dirty, on the street, begging for drugs. Wang Chung issues some tough love to help him get clean, then we find out that Wang Chung is the one who got him on drugs in the first place. The rest of the film is about trying to bring down the dealers that Wang Chung is working for.
