A pretty typical cyberpunk fantasy. It's not as accomplished as, say, a film by Shinya Tsukamoto. Still, it's interesting, kinda' like in an intense punk video sorta' of way.

A lot of regurgitation, a lot of yelling, and a lot of sexuality. THE END!

Well there's your movie. A whole lot of crap. 90 or so minutes of exasperation and disgust.

AVOID!!!!

The ending by the way is relevant towards connectivity through spiritual terms. Basically what is conflicting in life, euphoric empathy will triumph in spirit (or afterlife). (I THINK)

So many people have campared this movie to "Tetsuo: Iron Man" and I say there is no comparison. "Tetsuo" was a much better movie. One reason this movie is terrible is that the scenes drag on way too long. The one character throws up for like three minutes and then another character is running through Japan for like 10 minutes (he should really join long distance track). There was some interesting camerawork and whatnot but that can't save it. This film is very abstract. There is more text in the synopsis than there is dialogue. There are some things recognizable from "Tetsuo" but "Pinocchio" is not the spiritual sequel to "Tetsuo".
