A legendary hit-man known as The Baker infiltrates the system, leaving a trail of blood behind him. With the help of a mysterious seductress who poses as the insider at the crime syndicate, Price is trying to ascertain what went wrong. Soon he realizes that nobody is who they appear to be and everyone has a hidden agenda.
