| Overview: | In the distant future mankind has totally worn out the Earth. In a desperate attempt to save the Earth, all of mankind is sent into space on pod spaceships known as megazones. Each megazone carries a billion people, and they are to remain in space until the Earth has reclaimed the whole planet.
Teenager Shogo Yahagi is a motorcycle nut with few cares in the world; he and his friends do little more than ride around and have fun. This all changes when one of his older friends leaves a mysterious, incredibly-advanced motorcycle called the Garland in Shogo's possession. The Garland is far more than it seems. Soon, Shogo discovers some of the secrets hidden in the Garland, and it leads him to even more--secrets that will completely change his understanding of the world he lives in. They don't actually live on Earth, but in a city manipulated by the military through virtual reality. Eve, a idol singer, is a part of that virtual lie, but her program might hold the keys to more secrets held within Megazone 23. As Shogo becomes Operator 7G, Eve's link with the real world, Shogo becomes more dangerous to the government, and the deadly agent B.D. is sent to stop him at all costs...even if it means the lives of his friends...
