That's where Rodin, a humble bookshop owner and local historian, finds himself in this madcap comedy filled with bungling police, complete with its own comedic Captain Nemo and France's most beloved export since the Statue of Liberty--Gerard Depardieu ("Green Card, Going Places, Cyrano De Bergerac")!
