| Overview: | Jan Dara's mother dies giving birth to him. As a result, his father has a deep and abiding hatred for the boy--not to mention an outrageous appetite for sexual congress with the women in the household. So it should not be surprising that Jan Dara has a skewed view of life and begins acting in a similar way upon reaching adolescence.
Cue the entrance of the beguiling and beautiful Christy Chung. She is the latest lover of Jan Dara's father, yet she does not hesitate to get involved with the young Jan Dara as well. Her often-undraped love scenes have drawn the most attention, but it should be noted that the film is primarily a dark and moody meditation on damaged lives.
