| Overview: | At a secret location in Idaho, unbeknownst to the rest of the world, a team of scientists and volunteers are traveling in time. They are the only ones who know that the human race will be all but obliterated in the near future after some kind of eco-disaster of epic proportions. When their facility is finally found out by the government and in danger of being shut down for good, the entire team of time travelers heads into the future to begin life anew.
The future Earth they travel into is one dominated entirely by nature, with ghosts of mankind littering the land like stubborn memories--a string of empty boxcars on an old rusty siding, an abandoned car with a baby's toy in the back seat. But apart from occasional run-ins with these decrepit reminders of their ancestors, the small group of travelers is mostly lost in a vast new world. And as supplies and enthusiasm begin to run low, the darker sides of their fresh new beginning are slowly unveiled.
