Plot:	A psycho is stalking his victims before killing them. Now he is stalking Lt. O'Connor who has enough enemies in his past to keep him insure of who this killer might be. O'Connor soon meets his stalker and a confrontation turns into kidnapping and torture.
Overview:	Is one of New York's finest a cop killer? A psychological thriller about an elusive, crazed killer who has one thing in common with his victims: an NYPD shield! John Lydon (aka "Johnny Rotten" of the Sex Pistols) portrays a psycho who stalks his victims before killing them. Now he is stalking Lt. O'Connor (Harvey Keitel, "Pulp Fiction"), who has enough enemies in his past to keep him insure of who this killer might be. Lt. O'Connor soon meets his stalker and a heated confrontation turns into kidnapping and torture. Who really has the upper hand?
