ALTERNATE SYNOPSIS:
A huge mothership from an alien species sneaks ominously into orbit around Earth. The alien spacecraft uses powerful laser weapons to destroy everything in sight. Two deputies are transporting a pair of prisoners to county jail. Meanwhile, professor Edgar Chambers and his associates, while searching for signs of alien species, are driven from the road by a violent thunderstorm. They seek shelter in an old cave, along with the sheriffs and their two prisoners, they find themselves trapped in an alien nest. Carol and Paul escape. Armed with technology taken from the alien nest, they return to the town for a final confrontation. |
