Plot:	A former police lieutenant goes deep into the underworld to locate his kidnapped sister. This leads him into a blaze of fights, chases, romance, and he dangerous task of infiltrating one of the underworld's most powerful organized crime rings!
Overview:	When "The Committee" kidnaps a former cop's sister, they didn't stop to think about the big brother factor! A former police lieutenant and marine, Gary, calls on his old kickboxing buddy Jason to go deep into the underworld with him.
