Plot:	When Officer Lin's sister Pui was murdered, the killer got away. So when a psycho starts a ruthless killing spree, Lin is sure that he is the same one responsible for Pui's death. Overview:	Despite her gorgeous beauty, Madam Lin Mak (Teresa Mak Ka-Kei) of the Organized Crime Unit has a cold exterior because she cannot rid herself of the nightmarish shadow of her sister Pui being brutually slaughtered by someone who is still at large. Meanwhile, a psychopath dubbed "The New Midnight Butcher" starts his ruthless killing spree of girls in town. Lin is deeply convinced that the New Midnight Butcher is the lead to solving the mystery of Pui's death. Eager to solve the case, Lin adopts an unorthodox investigation and is thus suspended from her duty. Depressed, Lin gets to know Tim, an ex-superstar, and the two of them gets on very well. As Lin is enjoying her new spice of life, a wicked snare by the New Midnight Butcher is befalling her...
