I'll call this the Asian version of "Rocky"; but it's unlike "Rocky" because it's about judo. Johnnie To does a wonderful job in this cheerful flick about an underdog. Utter perfection. Deep, inspiring, powerful. This movie has it all: fascinating characters, good comedy, bold, realistic action and exemplary cinematography.
