It doesn't go there like "Sex is Zero" but they are both enjoyable in the same manner. An uptight girl goes to college with a knife that her father tells her to use on anyone wanting to take her innocence before she is married. Good thing she has a room-mate who is more versed than her in that department. Sounds like "Anita" already. But it is not, no nudity is shown and comedy is used to cover up the awkward first time moments which occur to her and her group of friends.

This movie does for saran wrap and fried food what "Sex is Zero" did for egg sandwiches. Or what Kevin Smith did for trench coats and what "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" did for Windex. The main girl is kind of boring, but her cast of friends work; including the guy who can't get it on, the guy who wants to get it on, the bartender who always has a bowl of soup or concert tickets handy and the room-mate who acts like she is inexperienced in the "Marrying the Mafia" handclaps way. The end is pretty forced, but this is not so bad considering all the failed hookups and jokes preceeding it.
