Plot:	At the request of Japan's Black Dragon Society, world famous plastic surgeon Dr. Melcher goes to Japan to transform six Japanese men into twins of six prominent American industrialists to undermine America's war effort. But things go wrong...
Overview:	Prior to the beginning of World War II, the Nazis, at the request of Japan's Black Dragon Society, send world famous plastic surgeon Doctor Melcher (Lugosi) to Japan to transform six Japanese men into identical likenesses of six prominent American industrialists so they can undermine America's war effort. After he is sent to prison to be kept silent, Melcher escapes and sets out to kill the imposters.
