KIM Tae-sik (starred by YOO Dong-geun): A petty gangster turns into a veteran detective
KIM Tae-sik is the boss of a petty, unlucky, and pathetic gang. He's manly, but not brave. He has a sense of honor, but he's incapable. He's a figure of awe to his subordinates, but a weak, sentimental son and lover. One day he accidentally acquires a detective's badge and transforms himself into a veteran detective in his effort to retrieve the missing tape.
A year ago, he was a tough guy with a thick accent in "Marrying the Mafia". Now he's back as a bum without a clue about life in "Who's Got the Tape?". Being a charismatic actor with countless images, he's delivered all kinds of roles from King, to teacher, to finally gangster.

He lives in a rut. All he does is sleep and peep at a girl he has a crush on. His specialty is to pretend that he's a rocker. He's a loser in the eyes of his friends and his district attorney brother. He's got nothing but pride, and nobody cares for him. Meeting Tae-sik and his gang, he feels a bond with them.
LEE Sung-jin is a next-generation comedian. His sense of humor and wit has been well portrayed on TV over the years. In 2003, he made his screen debut as an insignificant character in "My Tutor Friend". He's gained popularity as a singer, actor, and comedian. Soon the audience will witness the birth of a new movie star.

He gives the party a bad name. He's an embarrassment to Tae-sik's gang, but he doesn't have the clue that he is. He's loyal to Tae-sik, even though he treats him like dirt. He picks up a detective's ID and becomes the reason of a cop-pretending charade.
People break into laughter just by looking at him. When it comes to comedy, nobody is funnier. He appeared in countless plays and proved his talents until he made his screen debut. He's often called the spice of a film. Through "Who's Got the Tape?", he's ready to make the audience double over with laughter once again.
