ALTERNATE SYNOPSIS:
This is the first day of work for Yan at Sir Kau Kei Ho Charity Hospital's A&E. Yan is shocked to find that Jim, teaching her shedding job responsibility. An old man is taken to A&E after being struck by lightening. Each department dispatches him to one another but scrambling to take him after knowing that he is Ho Kau Kei. Ho wants to abolish the hospital's bureaucratic system, by appointing Yan, together with Joe and Jim to make changes by their own ways...

ALTERNATE SYNOPSIS:
An all-star pop idol cast is the main attraction in this slapstick medical comedy directed by JOHNNY TO (Needing You). The doctors at the Sir Ho Charity Hospital are well known for their lazy work ethics. But when Sir Ho himself checks in, the facility's newest female M.D. vows to change the system. She enlists the help of Joe (Ekin Cheng from THE STORM RIDERS) and Jim (Jordan Chan from the YOUNG AND DANGEROUS series), two doctors who left the hospital out of disgust for the bureaucracy, to turn things around.
