| Overview: | Kei owes debts to every bank from here to Timbuktu. One day, he discovers a safe in his uncle's house and plans to steal the money from it. Kei opens a noodle vending stand near his uncle's house, and studies hard learning to cook the best food. His business quickly blooms, but the Food Hygiene Department closes down his stand due to excessive filth. Feeling that he now has no choice, Kei reluctantly goes back to his original plan to steal money from his unwitting uncle.
