If you like sleazy, crazy early 90's Hong Kong-style action movies, you'll definitely like this.
Average girls with guns movies. Okay action, but you expect more from these kinds of movies. Not on par with your more notorious action movies. The real saving grace is that both movies are bundled together. If they weren't I'd say skip them both.
