A boring "young Triad" movie with Max Mok as a teddy boy moving up through the ranks, but (of course) losing everything in the process. There is an attempt to liven up the proceedings near the end with some shootouts, but the actors just look like they are going through the motions, so the violence seems hollow and uninispiring -- just like the rest of the film. A decent movie to pop in when you can't sleep, but not good for much else.
