| Plot: | This film is among a genre of recent Hong Kong productions depicting the "honorable" side of triad activities. The hero-gangster goes after his enemies in bloody and gory detail but remains righteous through it all.
|
| Overview: | Sammy is a man of honor. He lives by the underworld's code of honor. He helps friends and kills enemies--for instance, Alex, who got him three years behind bars. Sammy is now a fugitive in Taiwan being protected by Kirk, one of the gang leaders. Once Kirk injures Quinn, his opposition and young Willy takes the rap. Sammy and Willy become friends. Kirk begins to turn against Willy. He sends Willy to Hong Kong and orders to kill him. Willy escapes back to Taiwan, only to find his girlfriend has committed suicide after she has been raped. At the same moment, Kirk's men come for him and kill his sister, who comes with Sammy to deliver their wedding news. With Sammy by his side, Willy starts his vendetta.
