Using a cast of dozens, Chiang reveals a cock-eyed world of exhibitionists (both male and female), wives, mistresses, pimps, prostitutes, perverts, corrupt cops, rich pickpockets, a traditional Chinese family facing their son's new Western wife, and more. The result is certainly the funniest, and maybe fastest, film of David Chiang's career.
