| Overview: | Digging a new rabbit hole, Bugs Bunny finds Aladdin's Lamp. He shines it up, and out pops an arm-flailing genie, nicknamed Smokey. The genie proves himself to Bugs by granting him his wish for two carrots! Bugs decides to go with the genie to Bagdad. The genie flies them there via "Hare plane". After scanning the sights--the Brown Turban, Mad Man Hassan's Used Flying Carpet Lot--Bugs literally drops in on the Royal Palace of Caliph Hassan Pheffer (built on G.I. loans). Bugs asks the caliph, "What's up, Beaver Puss?" The caliph wants his lamp, but the rabbit intends to keep it. A chase ensues.
Bugs needs help from the genie, but each time he rubs the lamp, Smokey is busy--taking a bath, or about to kiss his girl. The genie warns him not to do it again. Bugs escapes the caliph by taking a flying carpet, which crashes at the palace. The Caliph grabs the lamp and rubs it, disturbing Smokey again. The genie beats Hassan Pheffer to a pulp and grants his "little buck-toothed pal" another wish. Suddenly surrounded by a harem of sexy hares, Bugs ponders, "I wonder what the poor rabbits are doing this season?"
