Naughty Naughty is a 1974 comedy produced by Hong Kong's cinema's legendary Raymond Chow. The movie is really an all-star cast of HK's biggest names during the 70's with Samuel Hui playing the leading role of an unemployed street con artist. His whole success revolves around making phony deals starting with a hotel manager, to an art dealer, and finally a mobster. The objective? To avoid eviction and help numerous friends--even a babysitting business run by his girlfriend, played by Nora Miao ("Run Papa Run", "Return of the Dragon"), who is a delight onscreen. Unfortunately, his dealings and lies begin an endless manhunt and a undesirable ultimatum with his girlfriend. Angela Mao makes a cameo appearance with a two-minute fight scene. The movie is definitely entertaining and is a great time capsule to HK's biggest names during the 70's, which spun many of today's influences in HK comedy. A must-have movie.
