Plot:	Li returns home to 1930's Shanghai from abroad, to find that a drug dealer's henchman Hung is harrassing his father. But when the harrassment turns to violence, all bets are off, as Li and his best friend Donny take on the gangsters.
Overview:	Billy Chong and Carl Scott, the dynamic duo from "Sun Dragon", reteam in another action packed slug fest. Li Kuen Kong (Billy Chong, the heir apparent to Bruce Lee and maybe the best martial artist of his day) returns home to 1930's Shanghai from abroad, to find that a local Opium dealer (Chiang Tao) is causing trouble for his father's shipyard in the form of kung fu bully Hung Chun Fai (Hong Kong bad boy, Chen Sing). When Hung starts roughing up his family all bets are off, as Li and his best friend Donny (American kung fu champion, Carl Scott) take on the gangsters and oust the Triad Bosses that are putting the hurt on his father.
