Plot:	A Chinese policeman gets reassigned to a Chinese Embassy in Europe as punishment for disobeying orders. Once stationed there, he angers some local terrorists and trouble ensues...
Overview:	A special forces commando with a lethal kicking repertoire, Chiu Man Chuk shows why he is "the successor to Jet Li's throne" in this all-action adventure from the producers of "Black Mask". Exiled in disgrace, when a mission turns into tragedy, special forces agent Yem (Chiu Man Chuk) is plunged into a game of deadly conflict with terrorist overlord Mishima (Andrew Lin), in a murky republic of the former Soviet Union. Locked in a battle of wills, the two men pursue each other relentlessly, drawing ever closer to the ultimate duel of unarmed combat, which only one man will survive! Delivering some of the best fight-action ever devised for a Hong Kong movie, Chiu Man Chuk is a revelation in this adrenaline-pumping roller-coaster ride of martial arts mayhem!!
