ABOUT THE CHARACTERS:
Vaughn (Charon)
The first Knight. He is a rebellious and independent 18 year old. Van is a talented athlete and a master mechanic, a tough competitor in turbo-cycle jai alai. He is passionate, drawing on his emotional power and love for Lydia to save the earth.
Lydia
She's Van's girlfriend, an aspiring ballerina. She is devoted to Van and helps him achieve his dreams. Thanks to her inspiration, Van finds the courage to complete his mission. She sacrifices her own life to protect Van.
Yaspe
Nix's father. He is the Elysian ambassador sent on an ill-fated diplomatic mission to meet the earth spacecraft, Odyssey.
Sonra
The mysterious woman who appears to control and simultaneously be controlled by the Ark. She revives the Ark in order to protect the universe from the terror unleashed by the Elysian attack on earth. By locating the prophesied four Knights, she hopes to stop the Tenebrans.
Necros
The power hungry Elysian Grand General who seeks to free the Tenebrans from their prison in Babel. He is at the center of a conspiracy to destroy earth and Elysium as he pursues his evil plan to rule the universe.
Nix (Titan)
She is a loyal Elysian officer and daughter of the slain Ambassador Yaspe. At first she believes earth to be her enemy, but later joins forces with humanity after discovering the conspiracy that could enslave the universe. Nix is later revealed as fourth Knight.
Kronos (Tiamat)
He is one of Necros' loyal officers and Nix's closest friend. He is a true believer in Elysian superiority but chooses to help Nix when the conspiracy is revealed.
Christopher (Talos)
The second Knight. He is a former air defense squadron commander willing to sacrifice himself in order to save others. He is a dedicated military man, a quick decision maker, and a brave leader.
Paul (Arion)
The third Knight. He is a young, rebellious schoolboy who causes trouble wherever he goes. He's always been a source of worry for his busy mother who provides him with a state-of-the-art robot to look after him.
Oz RX-5000
Paul's robot guardian whose duty is to protect Paul. He is irreverent and gifted with an understanding of human emotions. His 'humanity' leads him to dream of being the unrevealed fourth Knight. |
