A fair quality print, except for the VHS squiggles on the bottom and the fact that the picture shifts back and forth from right to left. It's a little dirty, but overall pretty clear. The beginning segment is in Chinese and doesn't feature any translation or subtitles, the rest of the film is dubbed in English. The sound quality varies depending on whether people are talking or not.
