 | | | | Great cast in this Chor Yuen-directed feature with great choreography by Tang Chia. Fu Sheng is given a tear-stained sword and sent by his master to try and avert a catastrophe that would shake up the world of martial arts. As with all of Chor Yuen's Ku Lung-based stories, this one is filled with good swordplay, great acting, beautiful sets, and a plot full of double and triple crosses. Recommended for wuxia and Alexander Fu Sheng fans! | | LOG IN TO COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW! |

 | | | | This is the movie Fu Sheng staked his career on, proving he could still perform after severe leg and head injuries (he could, but not quite so well as before. His agility was diminished, and he had gained some weight)--and also that his acting range went beyond his patented Fong Sai-Yuk hot-tempered man-child (he could, playing an earnest young man very well). Besides its significance to his career, this is a very enjoyable, well-acted and well-directed film. | | AGREE? | READER COMMENTS | AUTHOR | | Y | This is a very good film with an outstanding storyline. As you said, very enjoyable. | William Giordanella |

 | | | | Fu Sheng is fantastic in this film. It's filled with non-stop action. It also has a good plot. This is well worth watching. | | AGREE? | READER COMMENTS | AUTHOR | | Y | This film demonstrates that Fu Sheng could act, and play more than just Fong Sai-yuk. | Jeffrey Frawley |
