World Video/CAV DVD - Video picture is relatively clear yet the 1.33:1 cropped aspect ratio noticeably cuts off some of the action. There are frame change lines occasionally visible, especially when slowing down or pausing the disc. Several scenes display a thin black line at either the bottom, left or both sides of the screen. The sound quality is average. The original Cantonese dubbing can still be faintly heard beneath the English dub at times. The disc skips at each chapter break and the original transfer appears to have been clipped between various scenes, leaving a couple of awkward scene changes where dialogue is cut short. |
