Overview:	From the creator of Appleseed, Black Magic M-66 and Ghost in the Shell! Welcome to the year 2010 A.D.--it's a nice place to visit, but you definitely wouldn't want to live here! The world is covered by a poisonous, bacterial cloud and vicious gangs control the cities through violence and fear. A violent crime is committed every 36 seconds. Never fear, here come the Tank Police, led by tough-guy "Mr. Squad Commander" Britain (lifetime subscriber to "How To Kill" Magazine)! This elite squad of lunatics is taking back the streets by excessive force and putting the "terror" back into "interrogation!"
