Two cheeky kids against the man with the hell's wind staff. Full of staff hitting action.

Great lead younger actors who really show their talent throughout the movie. Hwang Jang Lee plays a great villain as he usually does. My main problem with the movie would be the ending fight scene; it really drags on for a bit. There are a few times where it looks like it's gonna' end but it keeps going. Great old school flick that any collector needs to pick up.

Fantastic kung-fu flick, jam-packed with great fights and very inventive choreography.

Insane choregraphy. If you miss this movie, you need to be baptized in the Nile River.

This movie was pretty good. Hwang Jang Lee played a very great bad guy. I have only seen a couple of movies with him, but this movie was very hard hitting. I really enjoyed this one and I plan to watch it again.

This was just so-so to me. There were plenty of fights but none of them were anything special. Any movie with Hwang Jang Lee in it is going to be worth watching, and Dragon and Tiger are pretty good too, but this is still just a little above average.

Fear the Hell's Stick. A great movie, and the final scene when they both take both legs and separate the villain...that was insane. I couldn't believe that was put on film. I slowed that scene just so I could see the entire thing. I'm crazy, but that movie was insane. The Rowing Oars technique was funny to me.

Great old skool film. The dubbing's quite bad [on the English-dubbed version] but that kind of adds to it. Some good training scenes and the stick fighting is of a very high standard. Well worth a look.

Not one of my favourites, even with Hwang Jang Lee in it. The stick fighting's nice, but no 8 Diagram Pole Fighter, but not the best use of Hwang Jang Lee's talents.

The characters were fairly dull, and the training not very interesting. Also, the end fight is far too long. A few cuts here and there would have been better.

YI perhaps would have rated this a little bit higher, but I agree with most of your review. Hwang Jang Lee is definitely under-utilized.MS10197

Let's see. It is very exciting. It is very funny at times and it is educational.

Hwang Jang Lee is a great kung fu bad guy as usual. He uses the "Devil Stick" (as it is called) so smoothly and viciously. Like Kurata my other favorite kung fu star, Lee is great to watch.

There is a lot of comedy with the two young kids who fight better and better as the film rolls on by.

This film is educational too because of the various styles that one can pick up from watching the many fights.

The fight at the end of the film with Hwang Jang Lee is really engrossing. Awesome fighting.

I love the film and it is worth watching again and again.
