Plot:	A cop and his expensive fiancée, a bank teller, plan the perfect bank robbery. All goes well until the FBI suspects an inside job.
Overview:	When an ex-Navy Seal, Frank Syler (Dylan Walsh), falls in love with the beautiful Cyndee LaFrance (Brooke Shields), he gets more than he bargained for--namely her insatiable appetite for the finer things in life. When he realizes how lax the security is at the bank where Cyndee works, he hatches the perfect plan to keep her happy for the rest of their lives: a heist that will leave them with a quick quarter of a million dollars. What he's not prepared for is FBI Agent Royce (Rip Torn), who is determined to prove that there is no such thing as the perfect crime.
