Plot:	Two gambling club owners in London's Chinatown are murdered. Edward, a British-born Chinese policeman, heads the investigation. He arrives in Hong Kong to enlist the help of a reluctant prison convict, FM, who is a former friend of the two dead men.
Overview:	Two owners of a gambling club in London's Chinatown are killed by an unknown killer. Edward (Lam), a British-born Chinese policeman, heads the investigation. He arrives in Hong Kong to enlist the help of a prison convict, FM (Teddy Robin), who is a former friend of the two dead men. In a series of hilarious situations, Edward forces the unwilling FM to accept his proposal. On their return to London, FM is hunted down by the killer. FM manages to take refuge in the home of a blind girl, Amy (Cherie Chung), who is a music teacher in Chinatown's Chinese School. She lives in the same building as the gambling club. Amy likes to take photographs so that her friends can describe the visual to her. FM and Edward suspect Robert, a junior partner in the gambling club, as the brains behind the killings...
