Plot:	A semi-truthful account of the life of Ed Wood, creator of what are widely considered to be the worst films ever made (including "Plan 9 From Outer Space" and "Glen Or Glenda"). Depp plays the transvestite filmmaker, Landau plays his friend Bela Lugosi.
Overview:	From Hollywood's acclaimed director Tim Burton ("Planet Of The Apes", "Batman", "Sleepy Hollow", "Edward Scissorhands") comes the offbeat, true-life story of Hollywood's worst director: Ed Wood. Superstar Johnny Depp ("Chocolat", "From Hell") portrays the eccentric filmmaker who refuses to let botched scenes and horrible reviews dash his hopes of making it in showbiz. Along with a bizarre band of misfit actors--a TV horror queen, a Swedish wrestling hulk, and down-and-out screen legend Bela Lugosi (Martin Landau in an Oscar-winning performance)--Ed takes the art of bad moviemaking to an all-time low. Engrossing and often hilarious, "Ed Wood" delivers non-stop entertainment scene by scene.
